Position Overview:
This job position covers a wide range of duties and day to day activities. A significant amount of time could be spent answering phone calls, billing customers, taking payments, dispatching, and coordinating services.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Answering phone calls and providing customer service
· Communicating both internally and externally with information
· Utilizing our point-of-sale system to find/add information
Skills / Education / Requirements:
· Must pass pre-employment drug screen
· Highschool diploma or GED
· Customer service, accounts payable/receivable, logistics, etc. experience preferred, but not required.
· Must be 18 years of age to apply
· Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute
· Great customer service skills
· Effective communication via email and phone
· Must capable of multi-tasking and working in high pace environment
