Look good on the car and provide pretty good traction in light snow. Great on dry and wet. Don’t regret getting these one bit.

I purchased these from a different online retailer but I have had such a negative experience with these tires I want to post about it where ever I can. For starters, these tires are a bit noisy… have a distinct hollow sound to them, especially when they hit a bump in the road. Sounds similar to a basketball bouncing. They are absolutely terrible with any kind of snow and even worse on ice. No grip in these situations. Dry pavement grip is descent for the price so I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The biggest problem I’ve had with them is that they are very vulnerable to pothole damage. On 2 separate occasions now I have had to replace a single tire due to sidewall tearing from impacts with potholes that any other tire would resist. One of these pothole was at about 5 mph (literally) and the other was at about 15 mph. In one year I’ve managed to avoid all but 2 potholes and both of those times the tire was damaged beyond repair at a low speed. I really wish I would have spent more on a better tire to begin with… I have now had to purchased 6 of these terrible general tires so buying 4 better tires to begin with would have been cheaper. Will never buy another general tire… ever

Really hated the feeling of running snow tires the entire season, so I mounted these instead and will just bolt on my snows if we ever get a bad storm. These are on my 2018 Fiesta ST which comes with summer rubber from the factory, so I was expecting to really hate these tires, but hate them less than snows.Wow. I was wrong. The outright grip obviously isn’t there, but its CLOSE. Slightly more torque-steer too. But they absolutely ride better than the factory potenzas, and are much quieter. Turn in is not as sharp as the summer potenzas, but they are MILES better than snow tires. Anything is. Seriously, why do people yell from the tops of mountains to buy snow tires if you live anywhere north of Florida? They are nice to have only a handful of situations a year. Why sacrifice the other 99% of the time you drive the car???Best part of these? the price. Pilot A/3+ are hundreds of dollars more a set and I’m sure they’re amazing, but its hard to believe that they are 50% better than the generals
