Very good tire

Since this is an OEM Tire for Hyundais and you’re reading this, then it is safe to assume that you have a Hyundai and it is probably a good bet that you have blown the sidewall out of the tire or have a “Blister” or “Goose egg” in the sidewall. I have had this same experience with our 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Every few months one of these tires fails. Our car currently has just 11,000 miles and is less than 1 year old and since we bought the car we have had 2 tires blow holes in the sidewall (Months apart from each other) and a third developed a large blister. My Dealer referred me to Hyundai, Hyundai customer service told me very condescendingly that they do not cover the tires at all and it is not their problem. Continental Customer Service told me that they manufactured the tire specifically for Hyundai and to their Specifications and if there is an issue with design then I would have to pursue it through Hyundai because they do not warrant against “Road Hazards.” There are many documented complaints of the same on NHTSA.GOV and other sites on the Net if you do a quick google search. I urge you to complain to your dealer and Hyundai and NHTSA if you are experiencing the same thing.
