These tires came with my Civic EX-T, and currently sit at just over 98K miles. I had my car serviced at the dealership about a week ago, and was told that the tires are in great condition. So were surprised that they’re original, and told me they usually wear out around 60K miles.I actually came on here to read some reviews, as I plan to buy a new set and wanted to see what others think of these tires. Hearing that these tires typically last 60K miles and having over 60% more miles than that on them has made me think that it’s probably time to get a new set even if my current set still looks good.

These tire cam on a new Civic. They are simply dangerous. On 2 occasions I have lost traction in the back in wet conditions. They are very loud. Thankfully, winter is coming so I can get a real set of tires on this car.

These tires were the original ones on my 2016 Honda Civic. After driving them for 73,000, I am finally replacing them because the tread depth is getting low. I ran over a nail at one point but I just had a plug installed. Other than that, I’ve had no problems. I live in Wisconsin and have driven them in all kinds of weather, including snow, slush, ice & rain. I thought they handled fine in all conditions. Looking at the negative reviews, maybe it depends how you drive, but I thought they were totally adequate. They made some noise, yes, but all tires do. I didn’t think they were overly noisy.

These are run flat, so is not that they leak, or are bad. They just need patching, so the sensors stop saying there is something wrong. My dealer people dont even know they are run flats. Only ended up knowing because a guy in a small shop that patched them told me.

These tires are factory on my Honda Civic. Had a flat and local shop only had a “Milestar” tire that would fit my car for $145. It was terrible. Ordered this Firestone tire and to replace the WAY overpriced off brand tire.

I feed bad about some of the other people who negatively reviewed these tires. They did a fine job for my 2017 civic over the years and they’re not over-the-top expensive either. Mine still have probably another 5-10K of miles of life left before they get too bald, but I’m getting a good deal on a new set from my dealership, so I’m swapping out for new ones today. One way to extend the life of your tires is to not floor it when taking off, leave the “eco mode” on. Go slow on the turns, avoid poorly maintained roads if possible *cough* Chicago, and maybe park in shaded areas to minimize UV exposure.I will say they do not handle snow very well after about 40-50K miles of wear so I did switch over to some bridgestone Blizzaks last winter.

I’ve never had bedly tires like it. Two times I had problem with my civic and it was with tires! First time I had like rupture but it was because defective tire – that I heard in Honda dealer. And it was not warranty. Second time and now I have strong vibration noise. And nobody can’t help me. Some guy from dealer said – it is not danger for driving- don’t worry. Now I’m looking new tires because Fireston don’t care about customers. No more firestone tires in my life.

Had to replace a tire due to hitting an object in the road causing a blow-out. Otherwise, I am still running the original set with 34000+ miles with plenty of tread left. good traction, no vibration. I check inflation at least once a month and rotate every oil change, or, 8k miles.

Great tire it’s been 2 months and it’s still great and really easy to install

Second blowout on a brand new Firestone in 1 week!! I have brand new Civic and these were the original tires from the manufacturer. The car has only 2200 miles and with 2 blowouts I am now replacing all 4 with Michelins. I have never had a blow out in the 20 years that I have been driving. Never Firestone again.

These are excellent tires for OEM on my 2017 civic ex-t. I have 50kiles on them and still have lots of thread. OEM tires are usually not too good, but Honda did a great job by picking these tires. I do not believe some of the negative reviews.

The tire is avg when it comes to traction on wet roads. On dry road it handle pretty well. Over all driving in socal on freeways the tire wore evenly and I have gotten 80k out of them and still a little tread left. Maybe 2/32 or 3/32. But the worst thing about this tire is the road noise. It’s not bad brand new. But as they wear down the loader they get. So I give this tire a 3 stars for avg and long tire tread.

I concur with the other posts regarding theses tires. Brand new civic with 2000 miles. I am replacing them with Goodyear tires in two days. If you own a set of these be aware that they exhibit very poor traction characteristics. For your safety and that of others it’s worth considering swapping them out.

These tires came on my 2017 Civic EX-T. There are a good amount of complaints about the civic’s road noise, and rest assured they are due to these tires; it only gets worse as they wear out. I’m at 12,000+ miles on them now and it’s just getting louder. Their wet performance is bare at best; can easily feel the throttle cut out during rain if you give the car 1/4 gas off of a red light due to traction loss. The only reason they don’t get 1 star is that they seem to be wearing out rather slow, even in the horrific heat of coastal Georgia. When the time comes to change them, invest in Michelin Premier A/S. Had them on my previous car and can’t wait to go back.

I must have received the only decent set. They lasted over 80,000 miles and only made noticeable noise in the last 10,000

These cane stock on the 2016 Civic Touring. Currently have 47k on them (mainly highway) and they’re holding up fine, dealer said it may need to be replaced during the next oil change. Didn’t have any of the problems or noise the other reviewers stated. Unable to provide a review on wet roads since it hardly rain where I live.
