How do we sign up as a government customer?
Our government customers will fill out our government credit application. This form allows us to open an account in our computer system to ensure your delivery and ship to address are correct. If you are exempt from sales tax, you will also need to provide a copy of your sales tax exemption form. Give this form to your local STM store.
