After 1 year of using this tire, i can say it’s not worth it, i do regular light travel and after 20k miles i had to change the tires, if they were at the price i originally got them for i understand because t seeing it go up 20% in price for the quality it gives them no thanks there are better tires out there

I have purchased these tires several times. I tracked the mileage on the last set I bought and they only lasted 20,000 miles. I have seen other reviews that said the same thing. I guess I will not be buying these anymore. They price has gone way up since I started buying these.

I researched these tires, and they were one of the best priced, best performing tires for my wife’s Jeep Patriot. She loves them an already notices a differences – quieter driving, and she feels a difference when she’s stopping or driving in the rain.

Tires are soft but very good. Road noise is not an issue, mounted these and drive very good, have a good road feel, in a dry dusty road condition with occasional rain showers it performed good.

Brought a set of 4 (at Walmart) in April 2017 before leaving on a 48 State, Canada & Mexico road trip. 17500 miles none of which was on highways with 4 people, roof carrier, and hitch hauler. Tires performed GREAT. We did need to rotate them when we got back due to some uneven wear on the back, but that was because of negative camber by all the weight. We have put another 30000 on them in the last 10 months and they still perform great. One needed replaced after being damaged by a nail and being driven with only 22lbs psi. Surprisingly the sidewall held up and you couldn’t tell at all by looking.For the price you can’t go wrong. Excellent road feel, quiet, snow, ice, rain, gravel, and dirt don’t phase them at all.

Sooner or later you’ll own General. Great tire. Smooth but mostly quiet ride. Simple but still good looking tire if that matters to you.

I put 4 new tires on my 2016 Chevy Trax February 6 and on the 7th put them through a central New York snow storm! We put 495 miles on them from Syracuse to Lake Placid and back. We started with freezing rain, slush, then lake affect snow. 90 % of Adirondacks roads where not plowed. We drove through anywhere from 4 to 8 inches of snow. On Route 81 highway I did 55 mph with no problems. In the Adirondacks I did 45 mph on non plowed roads. I could control my car and very little sliding. Even when the deeper snow tried to pull I could handle it fine. Highly recommend these tires!
