    Yokohama GO15 Tires

Great tires, have used Yokohama for years. GREAT value, fast shipping, very satisfied!

    These are not LT215/70R16 115H!

They’re actually 215/70R16, not “LT”, with a load rating of 100, not 115. The first time I received the wrong item, I assumed they just sent the wrong item. When I got the same wrong tires the second time, I figured the listing was incorrect. They’re not bad tires, if you don’t need the additional weight capacity, but they’re certainly not as listed.

    so far so good

Installed on a 2016 4Runner Trail Edition. This tire replaced nitto terra grappler g2 265/70r17. I went up size to 285/65r17 on this Yokohama to get a wider stance (approx 0.8-9 inch wider). It balanced well on the 4Runner Trail’s OEM wheel and with no rubbing issues. I wanted to keep the stock tire diameter for fuel economy and to keep speedometer reading true. Stock tire diameter 31.5- 31.6 inch and this tire size fits that bill exactly– 31.5 inch. It weighs 43lbs, just over 2lbs heavier than the nitto terra grappler g2 265/70r17. First observations; runs smooth and quiet like an all season tire, ride is very cushy, acceleration is not affected, more traction on wet road when accelerating from a stop. I can’t report on snow traction yet but it should be better as it’s a 3-peak mountain/ snow rated tire. I give it a 5/5 for now. Update 4/30/21: still very satisfied with the performance of these tires. Pretty much tested it on most condition at 15,000 miles including high speed dry and heavy rain – very stable and excellent grip. Snow traction is also much better than my previous tires, Dunlop Grandtrek and Nitto Terra Grappler, without any questions. Also tested it on over sand driving in OBX deflated it to 25psi (15psi was the recommendation) and made it through all 20miles of sand driving without any issues. It remained very quiet at any speed and still rides comfortably up to this time. 5/5 for now. Update 7/17/21: just drove through 10 miles of unmaintained forest roads in Central PA unplanned while trying to find another route after sitting in standstill traffic due to road closure in RT120. Good traction going uphill in some really bad sections of the forrest road with some rocks the height of a sidewalk curb. I should have aired down but didn’t because it was an unexpected detour for me and my wife. Now at around 17-18000 miles on these tires, still vere quiet on the highway like most all season tires considering these are light AT tires. Good tires and still giving it a 5/5.

very good in snow and ice

    A very aggressive Tire

    Great Tire

I purchased 4 of these in 2020 and have been thrilled with the overall performance. These are aggressive tires with excellent ride quality and little road noise. The only reason I purchased 1 tire was that i damaged a tire hitting a huge pothole on the great Long Island roads

    Highly recommend

I have a few thousand miles on these tires. These are great tires for traction anywhere. Snow no problem. Slippery wet roads no problem. The tires look great on my older 4Runner. I put a lot of thought into choosing which tires I felt would give me the most bang for my money. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    Great looking and good price

The tires look great on my 2017 f150 4wd. They have a 4wd look without sacrificing ride quality or a good warranty. 60,000 miles on an all terrain is a no brainer. Especially for the money, with a good name brand to back it all up

Largest AT that wont rub on an MK4 VW TDI,

I live in the back country along dirt roads. While I love the 50mpg of the Jetta TDI even with a belly pan i would always scrape bottom. These are the largest tire I can put on stock rims without rubbing and they rock! Enough extra clerance that I haven’t bottomed out since. Plus they totally handle curvy mountain back roads. Oh and they feel great/are quiet on the freeway as weel once i get there. I will still Add the 2″ lift though…

    Amazing quality for unbeatable price!

For the price, you can’t beat em! Nice and quiet even at highway speeds. Has great, aggressive tread without the profile of a mud tire that decreases gas mileage and creates a lot of unwanted noise. Definitely will buy again!

    Nice soft quiet ride

Great tire, rides well with very little road noise or vibration

Need to replace one in a set of 5

Glad they still make these! Needed to replace one on a Jeep we just bought. Glad I could just get one and Amazon had it for the cheapest price.

    old-stock

I bought 2 tires at the same time. Both tires shipped separately. First tire to arrive is perfect – very new, 2020 manufacture date per the DOT code on the tire. The second tire to arrive is one and a half years old. Given that tires have a 5-7 year lifespan before the rubber starts to lose its grip, this tire has already gone past 20-30% of it’s expected lifespan.

not a good tire, can’t recommend

2005 GMC 2500HD 4WD. Not the best in the WV mud, Coming from Michelin AT/S which were much better, just don’t like the Michelin price Have not held up, 6 months 10,000 miles and rotated, 2/3 worn. Honorable in the mud right from the beginning. Will not buy again.

    great traction

These tires have already been great for me. First snow before these tires, I couldn’t even get up my driveway, and that was only about 2 inches of snow. Had almost 12 inches fall this last week, and these tires bring me everywhere without hesitation.
